Initial Computer Diagnosis

A Computer Diagnosis is necessary to determine the condition that your computer is currently in, and if there are any needed repairs on your computer that needs to be addressed. Our diagnostic service outlines the most timely and cost effective repairs needed for your computer.

Fee: $50.00 (Per Device/Computer)

Virus & Spyware Removals

Is your computer is behaving strangely, running at a crawl, or constantly being plagued with pop-ups? Perhaps it is infected with a virus, spyware, trojan, or worm?

PCs are under constant attack from viruses, spyware and identity theft. In many situations it's difficult to identify when you have a virus until it has completely infected your computer. Once your computer is completely infected, virus removal can become a complicated task. Give us a call today and we can take care of your computer infections.

As long as your system does not have pre-existing problems*, we are generally able to remove almost all virus, spyware, etc… within a few hours. There are some rare instances where a virus has critically damaged your system, and in these cases we may recommend a complete system re-format. We will be able to determine the severity or your needs and recommend the most cost-effective solution after initial on-site visit.

*If underlying / pre-existing problems are found, a diagnostics fee may be required to fix those issues prior to a virus removal.

Fee: $49.95*

*The virus removal fee is normally $99.95, but has been reduced to $49.95 as part of a special promotion for a limited time.

On-Site Repairs

Need us to stop by your home or place of business. We can come to you to diagnose your system, troubleshoot your wireless network, complete general repairs, and / or remove viruses and spyware. Our technicians are highly qualified for any repairs you may need. Give us a call and schedule an appointment today.

Fee: $150.00 on-site fee plus $75.00 per hour*

*All on-site servicing carries a one hour minimum

General Computer Repairs

Most of our computer repairs, troubleshooting and hardware upgrades fall into this general category. Whether you need pc tune-ups, general computer repair, home network setup, network wiring, laptop and PC repair, computer upgrades, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g router installation, or assistance general computer problems, we have a solution for you.

Fee: $75.00 per hour*

*All computer repair servicing carries a one hour minimum

Monthly Maintenance Agreement

Arche Designs, LLC will come out to your site each month and perform the said services listed below: Note this includes general maintenance and security updates for up to 10 production machines. Arche Designs, LLC standard service rates are $125.00 / hour. With this service agreement, a savings of $50.00 / hour will be received. Services exceeding (2) two hours each month will be billed at $75.00 / hour.

Services Rendered on a contractual basis are as follows:

1. Install New Computer(s), Hardware, Software and accessories.
2. Update Virus Software and Sweep Registry for corrupt infected viruses.
3. Will update all software on production machines.
4. Will update all windows systems with security patches.
5. Will defrag and clean out all temp files from production machines.
6. Check for security issues, maintain and update fire walls.
7. Monitor security logs for any back door attempts from hackers.
8. Spyware/Adware Removal and Protection.
9. Assisting Staff with their questions and problems.
10. Network performance evaluation fine tuning.
11. Diagnosing and preventing potential failures before they occur.
12. Internet access and security check up.
13. Backup and data integrity check up.
14. Applying latest recommended updates and patches.

Priority Service We will trouble shoot the problem over the phone or remotely, if at that time we determine that it can not be fixed over the phone or remotely, a priority appointment will be scheduled, usually within 24 hours.

Onsite support: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (1 hour minimum)

Phone support: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (15 min minimum)

On-Demand Service It is the client's responsibility to contact Arch? Designs, LLC for service, we come when you call!

Emergency Response Arch? Designs, LLC will be there within (1) one to (6) six hours after call is placed. If the primary technician is not available an on-call technician will handle the service call.

Hours can be allocated for special projects or training (as needed).

All hardware, software and parts will be billed separately.

Fee: 1 visit for 2 hrs a month - $150/month*
*Services exceeding (2) two hours each month will be billed at $75.00 / hour
